Marta and Derek Costa
Dr. Marta Costa, DDS
Dr. Marta Costa graduated in 1993 from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Upon completion of her degree, she opened an office in the Seattle area, where she practiced for nine years.
Wishing to work closer to her home and family, Dr. Costa started another practice in Port Orchard, Washington, in 1997. After adopting a baby girl in 2002, she sold her Seattle practice, choosing to focus her attention on her Port Orchard office.
For Dr. Costa, dentistry has always been and always will be a work of love. Her passion for dentistry and her dedication to providing the highest quality care have driven her to continue expanding her education and knowledge. In 2008 Dr. Costa completed a two-year post-graduate study at the Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (F.A.C.E.) in San Francisco, California.
Outside the office, aside from serving on the Point Hope Board, Marta enjoys cooking, ballroom dancing, exercising, camping, and spending time with her family.
