Chaudhary Shoukat
Chaudhary Shoukat lives in the New York City area, although he is originally from Pakistan where he was a gifted medical physician beginning to specialize in ophthalmology (eye care and surgery). In early 2001, he and his family chose to come to America for a better quality of life. Chaudhary began working part-time with a family friend’s business while studying and testing to become certified to practice medicine in the U.S. As life happens, his family grew and the opportunity to complete the certification process slipped away under the daily necessities of providing for his family’s needs. To every turn in events a new opportunity arises, however, and Chaudhary began his own transportation business which has become very successful.
Chaudhary and his wife have four children, the oldest two sons are both at university, majoring in Pre-Med, with the intention of going on to medical school, following in their father’s footsteps, while the younger two are completing their basic education.
