Eileen Thorgusen
Eileen Thorgusen, a native Californian, presently serves as the Senior Vice President of Affiliate Relations at Premiere Networks, a position she has held since 1996. Eileen is very highly regarded in the industry, known to be an exceptionally hard-working and diligent force of reckoning. She thinks of herself as a morning person, but as her staff knows, her “morning” can begin as early as 3:30 a.m. Not a fan of television, especially T.V. news, radio is her preferred medium.
Prior to working at Premiere, from 1993-1996, she was the District Director of Affiliate Relations for CBS Radio Network, in Los Angeles. Eileen began her career in radio at Westwood One Radio, in Culver City, California, where from 1983-1993, she was a “Pinch Hitter”, filling in as necessary and making sure if help was needed in any area, she was available to get the job done.
Eileen continues to make her home in California, along with her husband and two daughters, with her mother living nearby. Eileen’s family is her passion, although she is also pretty passionate about classic music tunes and Christmas, which clearly makes her more than qualified to be a friend of Delilah’s!
